Primogenesis

A science fiction novel succinctly described as “Stephen King meets Stephen Hawking”. The tranquility of an alpine resort town is shaken when a mysterious device is discovered by a young woman hiking the glacier. What is its purpose and origin? The answers might offer clues to our distant past, as well as guide our path forward.
Review:
Mr. Tosner’s ability to weave classic storytelling with scientific imagination has a reminiscent echo of the great science fiction masters: Asimov, Dick, Clarke, etc. I was engaged both by the earnestness of character and the unyielding attention to technical detail. The story moved with a quickening pace as the pages begged to be turned. All told, a remarkable first effort from a promising young talent.
